In this episode, I talk about my most recent experience running a marathon (the Jack and Jill Downhill) near Seattle. It was my best time running a marathon thus far, it qualified me for the Boston Marathon (again) and I did so having just come off a bit of an injury that I thought was going to sideline me from running in the race at all!
